The border crossing of Vinh Xuong is 30km north of Chau Doc Town, An Giang Province. This border gate on the Tien River can be reached from Chau Doc Town, 40 minute boat navigation. You complete customs and immigration procedure to get to the Kaam Samnor Check Point in Cambodia. Coming from Cambodia, this crossing is accessed primarily from Phnom Penh.
The visa on arrival and e-visa for Cambodia are available at Kaam Samnor Check Point, but it is not possible to obtain Vietnam visa at Ving Xuong Border Crossing. You are suggested to obtain Vietnam visa at Vietnamese Embassy or Consulates if you want to center Vietnam by this border gate
